Magical Sunsets

After having disappeared for a month, the sunsets are back here at Haad Yao. Back in a major way.

The last three evenings have had some of the most incredible sunsets I’ve ever watched. Being in the water, with your eyes directly at the horizon line, makes it even more special.

It is warm, and cloudy more often than not, but summer here in South East Asia can be unbelievably gorgeous at times.

With the monsoon season arriving, life on islands like this has never felt more colourful, nor vivid. Everything looks even nicer when viewed through a tinge of sunset gold, too.
